I'm Natalie,

Skin Specialist, Educator, and Founder of Natalie the Facialist Academy.

My career began 15 years ago, in the bridal industry, working closely with women who wanted to feel confident and radiant for one of the most photographed days of their lives. At the time, I was enhancing skin cosmetically as a makeup artist.. but I knew I wanted to understand it properly,

so I trained in Beauty, Facials & all things Skin.

After experiencing hormonal acne and scarring myself, my direction shifted. Skin became less about glow and more about structure, inflammation, barrier health and long-term treatment planning. I immersed myself in advanced, results-driven work and built my clinic around depth, ethics and sustainable outcomes. I grew an unbelievably busy clinic, with clients travelling locally and even up to hours away for my signature facials I became known for. I trained in any and every treatment I could, always investing back into my clients and clinic.

Over time, I began noticing something within the training + education industry;

Many therapists were qualifying; but still feeling unsure.
Confident in steps, but not always in strategy, or even understanding 'how' treatments were working.
Offering treatments, but without clear direction of how to grow a business.

And beyond that, many talented salon owners were struggling to communicate their value online.

Social media was a huge part of my own clinic growth. It allowed me to attract aligned clients, refine my positioning locally, and then.. build a reputation beyond my local area. I saw firsthand how visibility, when done properly, can completely transform a beauty business.

My courses were built at the intersection of those two worlds;

Consultation frameworks.

And the clarity to position yourself confidently.. both in clinic and online.
